General Description

The liquid nitrogen pumping unit consists of:

• a 180K quintuple liquid nitrogen pump

• all instruments and controls mounted on the trailer

• a 2,000-gallon working tank to ensure safe operation

The liquid nitrogen unit is equipped with:

• electronic, manual, and remote-control interfaces for emergency situations

• a Siemens PLC system providing accurate operational data and safety control of the nitrogen pump

• Siemens PLC screens displaying:

  • operating data and curves of the nitrogen pump

  • simultaneous data on the screens of the coiled tubing control cabin
